Bottle - 500ml. Beautiful cloudy golden body with a thick white foamy head. Nice malty/hoppy aroma with honeyish, piney, and herbal hints. Taste is slightly dominated by hoppy flavors. It carries malty, honeyish, and citrusy notes. Ends with a good, warming bittersweet finish. Enjoyable.

Small sample on tap at the brewpub. Thanks to David! Clear golden with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma is of candi sugar, belgian yeast, fruits and spices. Taste is moderately sweet with fruity notes and malt. Medium body. Fairly good Tripel.

Bouteille de 500ml, robe blonde ambrée et légèrement opaque, arôme de levure belge, goût de levure également et d’épices.

This is an alright beer, noting very special. Strong taste of banana. Slightly tart. Lasting head. Long sweet after taste. Little bitterness, almost no hop aroma.

De couleur dorée, voilée, alors qu’une mousse immaculée la coiffe et persiste. Au nez, c’est particulier. Des arômes d’épice et de levure, dès qu’on la sent, mais les épices sentent le vieux, la vieille coriandre en flocons, ou encore, des odeurs de feuilles mortes, mais, tout en restant dans le sec, c’est mélangé avec de la pelure d’orange séchée. Ça vient sauver les meubles. En bouche, c’est aussi effervescent que si on prenait du Eno™ et on l’entend pétiller très fort. Ça goûte sensiblement ce que ça sent, avec des moments où c’est peut-être trop sucré. Comme un popsicle à l’orange. (Embout. oct 12) (463-191112)

Bottle 500ml. Pours hazy golden with medium white head, some lacing. Aroma is of malt, sweetness, lots of candi sugar, fruits, spices. Taste is of candi sugar, malt, fruits, spices. Palate: Medium body. Overall: Nice balance, but on the sweet style. Way better than expected, without being too execptionnal. A fairly good tripel.

On tap at Le Balthazar in Laval.The color is a hazy blond with a thin beige head. The aroma is very light not much except the malt. The taste is of malt,caramel and yeast.It is a bit watery.

On tap from Vices & Versa. Really nice beer. Flowery with citrus notes. Alcohol is there, but just in the right level of heat.

500 ml bottle. Pours a fuzzy golden blonde with a nice, white head. Smells of yeast and sweetbread. Tastes like angels’ cake, yeast, cloves. Very subtle citrus bitterness in the finish, along with some acid notes. Full bodied, somewhat creamy. Excellent triple.
