Blonde dorée, petit collet peu blanc. Arome peu fort de malte légèrement épicé, avec de l’houblon mi-amère. Goût d’houblon un peu amère, quelques épices et peu caramelisé. Bien mais pas plus!

on tap. pale yellow with a decent white head, some retention. far from a triple - pale ale it is. some light belgiumness, citrusy-strawberry medium hopping. cardboard, light malts. prickly, light body, short to medium long grapefruit finish.

A cognac amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a superb fragrant hops, resinous, over butterscotch malt, fruity notes. In mouth, a grainy biscuitty malt with herbaceous hops, a bit resinous, light veggie notes, a bit lighter than expected. On tap at Brouhaha, Nov. 4 2011.

From tap at La Succursale, 4%. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a small white and lacing head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Bitter, light watery. Crisp hoppy. Mild citrusy to grapefruity. Ends bitter and fruity.

light hops, some grapefruit, and orange. Light malts, some cereals. Watery mouth feel, semi bitter finish.

On tap at the pub.... Aroma:Light grapefruit hops..... Appearance:Yellow-amber,hazy,light head... Flavor:Sweet citrus,grapefruit...

Puffy cap over reddy gold coat. Aromas show a little pale fruit and spice. Taste is very expressive spicy hop over decent caramel and fruit flavors.

On tap at the Brouhaha, copper color, with a big pillowy white-beige head, faint yeasty, fruity nose of ripe apples, with a some mild toasted, biscuity malt accents, with a hint of toffee, floral hop citrusy in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, raw biscuity, toasted, pale malt character with some flowery hop leafy, grassy notes, and a hint of spiciness, leading towards a faint fruiy, malty, lingering hop grassy bitterness finish.

Pours a slightly cloudy dark golden color with a thin white head. Aroma and flavor of spicy hops, caramel and malt. The body is medium with a creamy texture and soft carbonation.

On tap at the Pud. The color is a pale amber with a thick beige head. The taste is of hops with some citros fruits and very grainy. It has the bitter taste of a hop beer but just to watered down.

En fût. Verre de dégustation à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur d’houblons et d’épices. Apparence: La couleur est orange. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’houblons avec une pointe d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche.
