Pours fine, clear chestnut with a fine, staying, creamy, light-beige head. Aroma has liqourice, light tartness, lots of plums. High carbonation, rather thin and watery. Flavour is sour, plummy, milky. Light, dryish chocolate finish. Infected.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Pours an opaque dark brown with an off-white head. Roasted malt in the nose and a whiff of coffee. Medium body, a little hard roasted malt and a whiff of vanilla. Very subdued bitterness but a lurking tartness underneath. 070510

Bottle at the brewpub as Broballe Ohøj. Cloudy dark brown colour. Big light brown head, bubbly, but quite stable. Weak liquorice aroma. The flavour has some liquorice as well. OK roasted notes with a bit of yeast in the finish. High carbonation.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a thin ornagey head. The aroma has notes of caramel, nuts, and malt, and lighter notes of chocolate. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of nuts as well as medium notes of malt and caramel, and lighter notes of chocolate, leading to a dry and roasted finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
