Bottle 500ml. @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg.
Light unclear medium to dark red amber color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, spicy, christmas spices, licorice - anis. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

Bottle. Red dark amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is malt, spices, caramel, hop. Flavour is malt, spices, hop, caramel, bread. Medium body. OK beer.

Bottle. A clear, amber beer topped by a finger-thick dense off-white head. Weak nose with caramel and some bread. Medium body with decent carbonation. The flavor is pretty much the same, lacking a bit on both hops and malts. Short, bready finish with caramel. Some dried fruits blend in all the way. An easy drinking beer that fails big time to give me the Christmas feeling, and it isn’t more than decent at max. Not much wrong with it technically though. 100522

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours hazy amber with a small lalsting white head and lacings. Nose is sour and dusty malty. Flavor is caramel and dust and has a slight fruity tartness. Medium bodied. Could be infected. Ok

Bottled. A deep red beer with a thin tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and rye. The flavor is sweet with notes of nuts, caramel, rye, and some odd notes of nuts, leading to a dry nutty finish.

Bottle, 6.7%. Farty and very cheesy smell. Cloudy dark brown colour. Small stable light brown head. The flavour has a bit of soy, OK maltiness. Quite yeasty finish.

Taster at DØE-meeting, Aarhus Syd, DK. Bottled 200110. Amber with small head. Aroma and flavor of caramel with a tangy note.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of Storm. Pours dark brown, hazy and with a small off-white head. Aroma is dry and spiced roasted. Smooth and roasted malty flavoured. Lingering caramelish. Mild spiced and herbal into the finish. Lasting spiced yeasty note.

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Aroma of fruits, light cocoa and spice. Flavour of cocoa, sweetness, spice and light fruits. Medium bodied. Fruity end.

Bottle. Hazy red brown coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet aroma of caramel and spices with notes of yeast. Sweet and fruity flavour of caramel, spices and yeast. Spicy finish.
