COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: Official contestant in the competition for the best summer beer at "Københavnske Øldage 2007" (The Copenhagen Beer Festival).

English: Clear dark golden beer with a dense white head. The beer is clearly inspired by the classic English bitter and therefore brewed with English Maris Otter pale ale malt and crystal malt which leaves a nice malt aroma. The beer is hopped with English Challenger and East Kent Goldings hops and then dry hopped with American Willamette and Crystal hops which gives a characteristic spicy and fruity hop aroma. Brygmesterens nr. 10 is our bid for a light beer, which can be enjoyed at lunch and even let you drive home.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Contestant in the summer-beer competition, limiting it’s ABV to 3.5%. Copper-colored beer with a minimal beige head. Caramel-notes, malt, some beef-stock and hops in the aroma. The flavor has malt, some fruitiness and bitter-hops. The thin body makes it a bit dull, but it is quite silky. Not a bad beer, quite quaffable, as it should be, but they should beef it up a little if it’s going public. (070512)

Københavnske Øldage 07. Dark amber and the aroma is like roasted malt. The flavour has notes of roasted malt, caramel, fruit and citrus. It’s nice and refreshing with a lot of flavour in spite of the low ABW. 2107
