Papsoe (11421), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 13, 2008 (On tap) Pours a dark brown with a tint of red and a creamy, beige head. Hard roasted malts and overripe fruit. Quite full-bodied with sweetish roasted malts and dried fruit. Subdued bitterness. Strangely this appears more like a Belgian strong than an Imperial Stout - maybe it’s all the added sugars and syrups. 120908
