Ungstrup (11930), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 12, 2008 Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a medium bubbly beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of grassy hops as well as some grapefruit and over ripe - almost rotting fruits. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of hops - though not very pronounced, but still giving it some notes of pineneedles and grapefruit, combined with over ripe fruits. The alcohol burns slightliy in the top of the throat.

Poured bit hazy amber with creamy long lasting white head. Hoppy and grassy aroma with caramel and grapefruit. Creamy body. Very malty flavour with bitter and hoppy notes. The alcohol is also present. finol (115), Nacka (Stockholm), Sweden Oct 19, 2008 Bottle from Barley Wine (Copenhagen)
Having read the style percentile lowered my expectations, but it was a realy good I2IPA.
Nice citrusy hop flavour! hirigalzkar (153), Stockholm, Sweden Oct 19, 2008 Bottle. Copper coloured. Small head. Hoppy aroma, but also hints of wheat. The taste is extremely bitter, although complex. Grapefruit/dried citrus, caramel. Smooth. One of the best IPA:s i´ve had for a while.
