Danish: Med udgangspunkt i den klassiske Brøckhouse Rød og inspireret af de stærke tyske Doppeltbock, har vi på mørke bayeriske maltsorter brygget en ravfarvet, intens maltet øl med stor fylde. Brøckhouse Epic Rød er brygget med münchner-, wiener-, karamel- og melanoidinmalt og humlet med moderate mængder af de klassiske tyske sorter Perle, Hallertauer Mittlefrüh og Tettnanger. Dette er en øl præget af især de mange forskellige malttyper som giver en intens maltet smag og et flot lyst skum med et skær af øllets farve. Bør serveres ved 8 – 10 grader.

English: Inspired by the powerful German Doppelbock, we have created an amber coloured, intensely malt flavoured beer using Bavarian malts. Brøckhouse Epic Red is brewed using munich-, vienna- caramel- and meladonin malt and moderately hopped with the classical German hops: Perle, Hallertauer Mittlefrüh and Tettnanger. This is a beer influenced by the many different types of malt which gives it a full-bodied malty flavour and a beautiful, white head reflecting the magic colour of the beer. Best served at 10 – 12 degrees celsius.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, dark amber, red with a off-white head. Very malty aroma with some fruityness. Very fullbodied with lots of malt and caramel - still balanced by some bitterness and a rich warming alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Deep clear red colour, nice creamy off-white head. Nice heavy malty, toffee, chocolate, caramel. Flavor is very smooth, with a creamy malty feeling.nice alcoholic bitter finish.

Reddish brown with no apparent head. Lightly fruity aroma. Quite vinious and very sweet.

Deep red brown beer with a small, medium lasting head. Caramel and malt dominates the aroma. Deep malty flavour, balanced with enough bitterness not toappear bready. My kind of doppelbock.

[Sampled at DØE-festival, Valby, 2007 with svoger.] This EPIC section is unique. Lots of ingredients is the feeling, espicially if you compare it with the non-epic section. Meganotes such as caramel, straws, bitterness, weak warming alcohol and a good body.
