COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Almost non existing aroma in the beging of banana and caramel. When it got wamer in my snifter the aroma got larger. Great aparance with a clear orange body and a large white head. Small fruity notes and medium bitterness, some licorice. There is a very small taste of smoke. Feels very fizz in the mouth.

500ml bottle (Pøirotti, Helsinki, Danish Week 2007). Strong bitter based on a honey sweetness - but the bitterness stays much longer. Hides its alcoholic strength well.

Colour red brown with pale brown and long lasting head. Aroma a little disappointing not very dominating but notes of rye and hopps. Taste dominated by the rye, which gives a quite special taste and also some bitterness, but not as dominating as in many IPA. I had expected a little more.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy red orange with a collapsing off-white head. Sweet malty aroma with a note of fresh citrus fruity aroma hops. Flavour starts sweet caramel soft. It soon gains a very fruity flavour of grapefruit, primarily, before a strong bitterness takes it into a rather dry finish. Nice balance and fresh.

Hazy amber color with medium size light brown head. The aroma is not particular strong, but what is reveals some of the hobs. The beer has a rather powerful palate which stimulates the most of your mouth. The taste is obviously dominated by bitterness from the hobs, even though it is not that pronounced as one could expect. In overall just above average IPA.
