Pours a yellow with a huge head. Has a thirst driving aroma of oranges, mandarin, pineapple and wheat. The flavours follow the same line with some coriander and a bit more bitterness in a wit than usual.Yummi!

Dec 19, 2008 Bottled. Golden colour, mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is banana, spices, yeast and some mild notes of grass as well. Flavour is hops, fruits, wheat, banana, some mild notes of fudgeish sweetness. Some slight spicyness in finish. Aftertaste is dominated by banana, grass and some fudgeish notes. Biting carbonation.

Big banana hefeweizen aroma. Very soft palate. Very sweet, and very German, not Belgian. Too sweet, alas, but very tasty.

Jul 27, 2008 Draught @ Lord Nelson. Golden yellow w/ small white head. Aromas of banana, light smokiness, wheat and yeast. Much more a Weizen, than Wit. Flavor is slightly sour, wheaty and banana fruity, quite a simple little thing.
