COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: "Brøckhouse Jule Ale" was produced for the Danish medical company Novo Nordisk. After Brøckhouse went bankrupt remaining stocks were sold commercially by Dansk Vincenter.

Danish: Brøckhouse Jule Ale er en mørk engelsk inspireret øl, en rigtig vinter varmer. Det er en overgæret øl brygget med pale ale, Münchner-, karamel og chokolademalt og nænsomt krydret med appelsinskaller.

Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a transparent dark copper brown with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Has a lightly sweet toasty caramely nose with some light fruity ntoes. Starts with good fullness and sweet toasty dark caramel maltiness before a drier, slightly more bitter earthy finish with a touch of mild toffee.
