Rune (2038), Tromsø, Norway Jun 13, 2008 500ml bottle, thanks to Skinnyviking. (Almost) clear dark amber body with a low, white head. Fruit-oily aroma with spicy notes. Flavour on the sweet side with honey, late banana and orange. Ends with yeast and noticeable alcohol. Heavy, but though pretty fair (shared with Finn Arvid, Copenhagen 31.05.2008). Bragesnak (1520), Aarhus, Denmark Apr 10, 2008 Aarhus, DK

High carbonation and yeasty fruits and spices. Alcohol is dominant trapez (330), Hilleroed, Denmark Apr 7, 2008 Bottle 0.5 l.
Dark yelleow with white head. Differentiated flavour with a clear and unusual taste of cumin. Might have expected some vinegar for an Easter brew. Svesse (1920), Hässelby, Sweden Apr 5, 2008 (Draught at Ölbaren, Copenhagen, 27 March 2008. 7,5% abv) Amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, floral nose with notes of caramel, apricots, orange peel, mandarin and roses. Fruity taste with orange, apricots and flowers. Rather sweet, slightly above medium body, spicy and floral bitterness in the finish. Nice beer. Did also try the 2007 vintage (same beer, aged one year), it came out mainly with the same characteristics, but with more cellar notes and lacking the freshness of the current vintage.
