Bottled. Clear amber colour with a brief white foam. Hot and fruity aroma of yellow fruit, dried oranges and alcohol. Full but a bit too spritzy flavour of mild spices, white bread and oranges. Clean and simplistic flavour profile and mouthfeel. Alcoholic finish with notes of fruity esters.

Tap..at Rib House in Hillerød.....it pours dark with a small tan head....The aroma is dark fruits, barley, malt, hops....The flavor is very nice.... sweet from dark fruits raisins, plums, malts, bit spicy..... Long nice strong mouthfeel........

Clear medium orangeg amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, dusty, apple, spicy - coriander and nutmeg notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and alcohol burn in the finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20090326]

Clear amber of color with an offwhite head. An aroam of sweets, spice, weak dark fruits and weak candy. A flavor of sweeta malt, toffee, liqurice and spice.

Bottle.Rather weak malt and fruit aroma. BEatiful, slightly unclear redamber colour with smal white head. I have always found this among the less interesting brews from Brøckhouse, although the label is beautiful. Malt character. Brøckhouse will be missed by many RBerians and other beer enthusiasts. Hopefully the will find some solutions for revival and start experimenting again.

Bottle. Bit hazy amber body with a small to medium off-white head. Lots of malt in aroma with some spices but also slight metallic notes. Medium bodied. Sweet malty flavour with some coriander and caramel. Long bit spicy alcoholic finish.
