I was pleasantly surprised by this. Hasy orange body and big, quickly faling white head. Strong gingery aroma Slightly sour taste and lingering spicyness in the aftertaste.

Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and ginger. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry finish. Very dominated by ginger, and that’s not a good thing. 160508

Bottle from Papsoe. Thanks Henrik! Interesting. Cloudy light bronze pour with a thin white head and no lacing. Big aroma of ginger and a sour candy. Flavour is dominated by more ginger, a little sweetness and finishes with some spice

Bottle. Hazy golden body with a small white head. Aoma is ginger, fruit and hops. Flavor is the same. To much ginger for my taste.

Golden with a small off-white head, quickly gone. A>roma moderate malty (caramel, ginger), light hoppy. Flavor moderate sweet, light bitter. Light body.

Yellow with a white head. Aroma is spicy ginger, and light malt. Taste is sweet malt with lots of ginger.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, white small head. Aroma is lots of spices (mostly ginger), some malts and dishwater. Flavour is ginger, lemon, citrusfruits some dishwater. More like a radler than a saison.... Funny beer...

Clear golden-honey color, small white head. Strong aroma of ginger and lemony dish cleanser, a bit like Finnish sima. Light palate. Ginger and citron dominate the flavor, a bit sweet background. Simple beer ... and as said, this is a bit like a radler :)

Pours hazy golden with a medium off white head.
Aroma is spicy and fruity with strong notes of ginger.
Flavour is fresh and a little citric dominated by ginger and with weak hoppy notes.

Bottle. It pours a nice, hazy, golden-orange body with a decent off-white head. Spices and wheat in the aroma which is completely dominated by ginger. Too much in my opinion, as it leaves a soapy impression. The ginger is dominant initially in the flavor, followed by a general spicyness, wheat, malt and a little bitterness. Medium body and a pleasant co2 level. I like the concept of putting ginger in the saison, but the amount in this beer seriously affected the drinkability. Decent beer though, and somehow quenching.
