Bottle. It pours a nice, hazy, golden-orange body with a decent off-white head. Spices and wheat in the aroma which is completely dominated by ginger. Too much in my opinion, as it leaves a soapy impression. The ginger is dominant initially in the flavor, followed by a general spicyness, wheat, malt and a little bitterness. Medium body and a pleasant co2 level. I like the concept of putting ginger in the saison, but the amount in this beer seriously affected the drinkability. Decent beer though, and somehow quenching. (EBF 2008) Golden color, small head. Malty bready aroma. Flavor brings pine needles, spices some elder and heather.

<i>Bottled, thanks Ungstrup! </i> Clear golden, mid sized head. Strong aroma of ginger and lemony washing up liquid. Sweet and medium bodied with bold clumsy malt character, syrupy sticky sweetenss and a terrible all overpowering ginger/lemon flavour.

Aroma of ginger, soap and citrus, The beer is hazy yellow with head. Flavor of ginger and flowers.

Golden colour, a bit unclear. Has a white head, mostly lasting. Aroma is spicy, citrus, lime. Flavor is sweet. Texture is syrup and dry.
