English: A round, mellow and dry stout. It is brewed with pale ale malt, caramel and chocolate malts along with roasted non-malted barley. Brøckhouse Stout is top-fermented with fine hop bitterness and a whiff of chocolate. The stout appears dry and creamy with a thick lush head. It has a moderate content of carbon dioxide. The stout is magnificent with food – it goes well with the spicy kitchen as well as seafood and heavy chocolate desserts. Best served at 10-12 degrees celsius.

Bottle. Pours dark brown, with a medium light brown head. Aroma is roasted malt, chocolat, coffee and smoke. Flavor is about the same but with chocolat dominating. Its has a watery touch and a pleasent bittersweet finish. A very nice stout.

0.5l bottle. My friend Kåre sent me three different stouts from Denmark and this is the one I liked the most. You can feel roasted malt and sweetenes that ends up in pleasant bitterness. Well crafted beer indeed.
