A perfumed barley wine, with all the best elements of brewing. Full bodied malty flavour, brillinantly hopped. Quite heavy. I coul only drink half a bottle.

Bottle. Pours an amber colour with off-white head. Aroma is hops, malt, caramel, dark fruits. Flavor is like the aroma, with a distinct alcohol feel making you fel warm inside. Really good.

(Bottle at Fynske Øldage) Powerful stuff. A heavy barleywine. Yet with a light mouthfeel. I don’t find it as sweet as a lot of other barleywines. A treat.

Bottle… <b>NFL Day at dchmela’s in O-Town</b>... <b>This beer rocks!</b>… Cloudy orange ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The malty, vinous aroma provides additional, rich notes of brown sugar and praline. Full-bodied and fatty with lucid carbonation. Full-blown malt bomb! Sweet toffee and candy sugar with a fuzzy fruit undercurrent. A touch boozy. Finishes sweet, creamy and rich. Bottle 0.5 l. Alc. 10.1 %. Barley wine. Bought Superbrugsen Ullerød. 2006 Vintage. Deep redbrown colour with little head. Great aroma. Excellent brandy-like taste that continues long after swallowing. Exciting experience.
