frankenkitty (1834), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 30, 2006 Pours a clear vermillion with an off-white skin. Aroma finds alcohol and fruity citrics alongside sharper Continental hops. Nutty with caramel notes, the flavor gives way to a hint of menthol late. Thin & dry which makes for a nice, clean finish. Wholly sessionable.

On tap at Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL 60067
Cornfield (4468), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 25, 2006 The pour looks promising, a bright orange/copper body with a modest, creamy off-white head. The aroma is full of sweet, rich malts and a little bit of toast. The flavor begins smooth and sweet when mid-way, a huge surge of chewy caramel fills the mouth. It creates an interesting effect that I tried more than a couple of times. The flavor is malt candy sweet. Enjoyable.

Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL
