Mid-golden and clear (yes, <i>clear</i>) with a thin white head above. Alcohol does not hide well beneath mild banana and toasty malts. Fairly sticky palate, overtly sweet with banana and citrus notes. Biscuits linger beneath but the finish is both sweet and sour. This had the look of a Kristallweizen, a clear yellow body with a frothy white head. Very creamy mouthfeel. Like the nose, the taste is full of fresh banana, some soft wheat flavors, a dash of clove, and a light lemon twist at the finish.
