thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 3, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a medium sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a softly carbonated light yellow-orange colored body and an excellent lacing. The weak aroma was malty and dough. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a biting aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops mild spice sweet mildly vinous and alcohol. A decent one that I would consider buying again. Ughsmash (3148), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Apr 2, 2007 On tap at Brockway. Poured a clear medium golden with a short white head and some rising carbonation. The aroma found bunches of peppery spices and orange zest over a very lightly-toasted caramel base... banana notes laced through there. The flavor was all spiced up too (white pepper, coriander, and orange zest representing), English toffee, and some floral notes... good, but too focused on the spicage. Medium-bodied with a decent flow.. long spicy finish. frankenkitty (1834), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 30, 2006 A misbehavin’ head started outrageous and finally settled on being creamy & off-white above a well-hazed golden/amber body. Big banana upfront with spicing secondary, funkiness apparent and alcohol pulling up the rear. Sweet-tart flavor with high astringence and a bitter finish combine to make me say "Oooh!" (at a bar where I don’t know anyone!) Green apple sourness, tart yeast profile, wheat background, mild stickiness, grapeskin upper-palate... well done! A growler of this came home with me and was a nice treat for friends at a Halloween party.

On tap at Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL 60067
Cornfield (4468), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 25, 2006 This poured a very hazy straw body with a modest white head. The aroma is fruity with banana and apples, has plenty of soft wheat, also a little soapiness, some mild spices, and a light lemony tartness. Smooth mouthfeel. The flavor reflects the aromas, the tartness kicking up a notch. Pretty refreshing ale.

Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL
