thedm (3407), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA Aug 3, 2007 This draft brew from the brew pub poured a medium sized head of frothy white colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent softly carbonated light straw yellow colored body. The mild aroma was malt hop. The semi-flat smooth mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of corn malt and hops. Not one that I would likely buy again. Ughsmash (3148), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Apr 2, 2007 On tap at Brockway. Poured a clear, bright pale golden with a pool and a ring of white head. Mild aroma with sweet pale malts, some honey, and a hint of citrus. Flavor found soft pale malts and honey again at the base with a mild floral and lemony bitterness... crisp and quite tasty. Light-bodied but never watery.. ideal medium carbonation... refreshing! frankenkitty (1834), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Oct 30, 2006 Pours ultra-pale with a short whitey that fades quick to film. No aroma ("subtle" is right!). Flavor finds a thin, light nuttiness to a lagered sourness. Well made... it is what it is.

On tap at Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL 60067
Cornfield (4468), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Sep 25, 2006 This was getting pulled offline at the brewpub because there was yeast in the tank, but that was fine with me. It poured a very pale yellow body, only slightly hazy, with a big creamy head that did some nice lacing. It’s a very light lager, so the malty sweetness was pretty modest, but it was notably adjunct free. It finished a a mild but surprising grassy bitter note. Acceptable warm weather fare.

Brockway Chophouse, Palatine, IL
