Cask conditioned Handpump Old Fountain London. A blonde gold coloured beer with a good white head and lacing. Really good lemony Amarillo hops throughout this. Hints of grass. Malts are superbly balancing. Effortlessly drinkable.

Cask @ William IV. Almost clear golden body with a small white head. Citric fruity aroma. Flavor is light malty and nice citric fruity, some grapefruit, peaches and grassy. Quite dry, smooth and decent bitter. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Nice, but not much besides the hop flavors - and sometimes thats just OK.
2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 shoulderbroken (1144) - Tokyo, JAPAN - OCT 2, 2011
Cask at William IV. Slightly cloudy light yellow colour with small white bubbly head. Strong lemony aroma. Quite flat in the mouth, and with not a massive amount of distinct flavour, just the lemon you get from the aroma and maybe a touch of grapefruit. Bit thin. Finish is slightly bitter. Perfectly drinkable, but not massively exciting.

Cask gravity, Tamworth BF 2011, 09/09/11. Jeepers. Nose a neat resinous burst of hop juice; ladies’ armpit, grapefruits, citrus peels, jazz cigarettes. That’s pushing 9. Pale yellow with a fringe of bubbles collapsing fast. Sings like a single hop Mikkeller. Didn’t realise Amarillo could be so pungent; taste all bitter citrus peels peppered with sherbet, swish of greenery, blunt bitter finish. Bone dry, whipped clean. A gnaw of biscuit follows, with some peanut husk. Which is all you want. Pretty sexy. Easily Beer of The Festival So Far.
