COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Aged for 12 months in oak with wild yeast for company. This beer is funky on the nose with a spicy finish.

Keg from Cotteridge Wines; hazy golden yellow pour with a big foamy white head, big vinous aroma, taste has grape along with some brett and sour action, citrus and a hint of spice, excellent.

Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of herbs, fruits, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, brettanomyces, herbs, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Keg at the Cock Tavern, 31/05/14. Lightly hazed pale golden with moderate off white spotting and a small swirl. Nose is light piss, citric peel, spice, vanilla, grassy, caramel. Taste comprises citric peel, toasted bread, spice, bretty pangs, lemon peel, grape skins, mandarin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent bretty number.
