Aged for 12 months in oak with wild yeast for company. This beer is funky on the nose with a spicy finish.

At Alvinne 2015. Poured a hazy light amber with a white ring. Aroma of lightly sweet fruit and light yeast. Light body, flavour of lightly sweet berries, lightly tart.

Drank this one at the Alvinne Craft Beer festival 2015. Fruity, wine, well balanced, creamy texture. Nice.

6/III/15 - on tap @ ACBF 2015 (Vichte) - BB: n/a (2015-279) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear yellow beer, with a pink shine to it, irregular white head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit sweet, honey, fruity, some alcohol, banana. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, bit lemony, then a chemical bitterness, like paint or so, bit resinous. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, medicinal, bit funky, cheesy hops. Nope. Taste is disappointing after what was a good aroma first.

On tap at Alvinne Craft Beer Fest in Vichte - Belgium March 2015 with markoijelena. Pours a very shy golden color, white foamy head leaving drafts and lacing. Nose: distinctive white wine notes, macerated grapes, a hint of white wine vinegar. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, Frascati session (cheap) wine, prosecco feel. Adventurous beer recalling white wines and with a sour character.

ThirstyBird (2098) - Düsseldorf, GERMANY - MAR 19, 2015
Sampled @ ACBF 2015. Pours a light pale wheat color with a pure white head. The smell is lightly sour funk, grapes. The taste is wood, white wine, mild hops, slightly sour ending dry, fruity and crisp. Light body, slick with slightly above average carbonation.

Sampled draft @ ACBF 2015. Hazy golden, little white head. Lots of wine in the nose, huge brett, light funk. Taste is huge brett, lots of apricot, plenty of lovely wine, funk and oak. Body has lots of brett in it. Quite nice but just not as good as some others in the same category. (Thanks for sharing people!!!)

Draft sample @ ACBF 2015.

Swaroga (1713) - Brussels, BELGIUM - MAR 7, 2015
Sampled at ACBF 2015. Very delicate taste and flavor. Young Brett accents. Watery and not rich overall. Something to quench the thirst with.
