On gravity at the London Drinker festival 11/03/10. Golden in colour with a slight white head. Aroma of sweet malts and floral hops. Flavour was much the same, with a decent dry finish. A pleasant, low ABV beer.

Mason & Taylor Hop Festival. Simcoe version? Clear pale gold beer, little white head. Light semi dry palate, slightly thin. Mild but decent levels of hops and bitterness. enough to retain interest. Alright but I’m not sure I could session it .

Cask handpull at Mason & Taylor Hip Hop BF. Clear pale gold with lasting white head. Yes some sweaty citra. Very light in the mouth but great condition. Could do with being a few degrees colder and this would be super drinkable refreshing stuff. Gets better as I drink it. Wow for a 2.9% abv beer that is full and amazing.

Cask at Cross Keys in Covent Garden. Pour is a clear gold with a pretty weak sauce detergent head. Not much retention or lace. Aroma is not really there: maybe lemon and light floral hops...little bit of buttered biscuit. Taste is bitter, dry, very grape skin tannic, soapy, biscuity, sourdough. Pretty nice.

On cask (gravity dispense) at London Drinker Beer Festival on 9 March 2011. Hard on the heels of the Redemption Trinity, here’s another low ABV beer packed with hops. Pale gold colour. Excellent condition. Extremely pungent aroma. Loads of leafy hops. Oodles of flavour for the strength. Very sharp and fresh. Big oily hop mouthfeel. Some might find it a bit too "hop tea" like but it suited me just fine.

On tap at the Old Coffee House. Pours a pale gold, with a small white head. Aroma was quite interesting, with a sweet caramel, and what i can only compare to sugar coated popcorn. Taste was lemon, sweet sugar, and again that popcorn!

Cask/gravity at LD11. Yellow with a slight white head and aroma of floral hops and pineapple. Clean, malty and dry on the palate with a relatively gentle lasting astringency. Another good demo that low strength beers can be tasty.
