Cask (handpump) at Brodies Bunny Basher Festival at King William IV, Leyton on 1 May 2011. Slightly odd very pale straw colour - almost has a silvery perry-like sheen. Hazy but in excellent condition. Very lemony throughout, with a tart, hoppy finish. Maybe just a touch one-dimensional but, as usual, Brodies manage to shoe-horn plenty of flavour into a modest ABV beer.

At the brewpub in Leyton. Very pale gold beer. no real head. Nice flavours in this light beer. Sweet apricot, orange and a trace of peach. Mild citrus bitterness. Once again surprised how much flavour Brodies can pack in a light beer. Dry finish.
