Clear dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, grapefruit, orange - citrus, hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. 500 ml bottle. Dark brown body with a big beige head. Strong citric aroma with grapefruit, pineapple, peaches and pine. Flavor has malt, caramel, citric fruit, grapefruit, pine and a nice balanced bitterness. Fin body and good aftertaste. A really nice black IPA. Flavor has smooth dark malt, fruit and balanced bitterness. Relatively light flavor, still really tasty, decent bitter and extremely quaffable. Very pleasant, smooth and one of the best from Brodies.
