Cask at the brewpub. Near clear golden. Aroma of pear and passion fruit. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Intense passion fruit hops, peppery bitter finish. Intense and bold with big flavourd. Heavy handed IPA.

The purpose of this post is not to re-hash the many Accurate reviews already written, this lovely beer is now available on keg in the old fountain (I don’t work for them but they keep excellent beers) whether it’s significantly better I can’t say as I didn’t drink a side-by- side :) but it’s certainly worth trying if one is a fan of medium strong ipas, £3:60 IIRC?

Cask conditioned at Reading BF 2012. Big hoppy aroma yes some alcohol punch but a shed load of hops. Its hoppy but the alcohol is too present to be pleasant

Bottle. golden brown colour with a beige head. Aroma is peach, hop, citrus, malt, pine. Flavour is peach, hop, citus, malt, pine. bitter finish . Nice beer.

500 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a disappearing off-white head. Strong hoppy aroma of citric fruit and some pine. Flavor is sweet and very fruity, grapefruit and some ripe fruit, berries, mild malt and blackcurrant leaves. Quite bitter aftertaste. Very pleasant.

[500ml bottle, Mason&Taylor, London] Slightly hazy golden beer with a lovely settling white head. Aroma is a full-on blast of California sunshine – zesty fruit and sweet, juicy malt. Flavours are similar – supremely fruity, passion fruit, papaya, touch of mango – before the bitterness arrives into the finish. Lovely IPA, and proof again (if any were needed) that the UK can do these just as well as the US these days [18032012]

Cask at ACBF 2012. Clear golden - white head. Grainy, straw, ok hoppy, fruity, herbal, herbal hoppy, grassy, citrus, piney, light sulphor, grape fruits.

Cask at ACBF 2012. Hazy golden coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of citrus and sulphur. Fruity flavour of hops, citrus and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.

Cask @ acbf. Aroma is hay, hops and some fruit. Flavour is medium hop bitterness, quite floral, light carbonation. Nice beer.

Cask @ ACBF 2012: clear, light yellow with more bubbles than head, citrus, floral, grapefruit (lesser) hops, cheese cake, hay & a chunk of peach, dry, moderately bitter, touch oily, tad light body, ok

Clear pale yellow beer, no head. Aroma: very fruity, peaches, some exotic fruits, sweaty feet. MF: no carbon, medimu body. Taste: fruity start, bitter notes, bit of cheese. Aftetaste: soft bitterness, peaches. Solid but no eye opener.
