William IV: Brodies Birthday Bash Sept 2011. Sweet malt base supporting an array of citric notes. Not my thing, but acceptable in small doses.

Bottle from Brodies 10.1%. Resin & tropical fruit aroma. Murky amber brown colour, not much head, lot of sediment. Strong hoppy flavour, barbecue aftertaste. Unbalanced & homebrew like. Not great.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is citrus, fruit, pine. Flavour is peaches, hop, pine, grapefruit, caramel. Nice beer.

Bottle at Brodies. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is booze, brown bread, honey, caramel and a touch of sweet fruit. The taste is resin, pine, spice, pear, melon, nectarine, syrupy, hot cross buns, cinnamon and honey, with decent bitterness in the finish. Medium body, soft carbonation and slightly syrupy mouth-feel. A pretty tasty DIPA.

500 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with an off-white head. Aroma of citric fruit, peaches, grapefruit and caramel malt. Refreshing and fruity flavor with strong bitterness and some caramel malt. Medium body and bitter aftertaste. Very refreshing.

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity hoppy bitter acetone hints. Fruity malty hoppy bitter dry citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty warming hoppy bitter citrus finish.

ABV: 10.1%. Unclear - hazy matt medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit, greasy hops. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a a long duration, hoppy, rubber - plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120320]

Trocken hopfiger Beginn, angenehme Bitterkeit, stimmig. Hell, dann, wie die anderen IPAs, etwas muffig. Weich, gelungene Hopfigkeit, deutlich grasig. /9/9/9//9

Bottle at yespr. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel, hops and pine needles with notes of barnyard. Fruity flavour of pine needles, hops, caramel, liquorice and alcohol. Hoppy and warming alcoholic finish.

cloudy golden, small white head. aroma is mild malty, hoppy, herbal bitter. flavor is hoppy, malty, strong, slightly flowery and very slightly fruity.
