COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
A supremely refreshing light beer. Hopped in the cask with zesty Brewers Gold for extra fruity freshness.

Cask@The Cross Keys. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, fruits, nectar and also rather sweet maltyness. Flavour is flowery and grassy hops along iwth some nectar and honey. Semi-dry palate.

A Mes rate: cask at the Old Coffee House in Soho.
Semi hazy gold with a thin white head. Sweet and fruity with some faint dusty hoppage. A combination of creamy fruit and dusky bitterness. Sounds regular but there is something just that little bit different about it. Impressive length. Not bad at all.

Cask at the Star, London N19, on 5th July 2009. The gold-coloured beer was served crystal clear with a small, but lasting white head that left slight deposits on side of glass during moderate speed of consumption. The ale was on the best form that I have drunk it. Hempy hop aroma moves quickly to a very bitter taste on the roof of the mouth with the herby hop continuing, finalising with a long, satisfying finish of hoppy bitterness.

Golden color, Light apple ciderish nose. Fairly aggressive upfront hoppiness, but somewhat grainy character I didn’t care for. Moderately bitter finish. For what it is, it isn’t bad, but hardly blew me away.

Cask at The Wenlock Arms. Hazy amber with a small froth. Fruity aroma. Fruity caramel flavours. Could do with some more bitterness.
