Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - hazy golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - gorse, light coconut, then tangy lime. Taste - loads of tangyy lime, kiwi if you look for it. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good ipa.

Bottle from beerhive. Gold, light hazy, good white head. Real tropical lemon nose. Medium body, soft fizz. More unusual fruity sweet sour notes. Stoned tropical fruit and seeds. Damn fine.

jamestulloch (3292) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - APR 26, 2016
Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy golden body with tiny yeast flecks floating beneath a medium white head. Good lacing. Aroma of lemon, flowers, lychee and wet grass. Flavour of green apple, gooseberry and more lychee. Thin to medium body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Soft fizz. Lots of classic New Zealand hop flavours on show here.

Towey1989 (1658) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 21, 2016
Keg at The Hop Inn, Newcastle-Under-Lyme. A cloudy golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of orange pith, grapefruit, some mango, maybe melon, slight gooseberry and subtle caramel. Taste of orange, mango, one melon, slight gooseberry, a little grapefruit, subtle pine and spicy, floral hops. Medium bodied and a slightly oily texture. A dry, citrus hop bitterness in the finish. As with the cask version, this is a full flavoured beer but this is twice the strength. Superb hoppiness with subtle caramel sweetness. Nice.

330 ml bottle. 7.2%. From alesbymail.co.uk.
This one was behind my advent calendar door #14. Ugly murky greyish brown colour with a small off-white head. Sweetness, fruits, NZ hops, mild bitterness and mild maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is strong bitterness, NZ hops, resin and grapefruit and some maltiness. Unbalanced.

Cask conditioned at The Cross Keys, Covent Garden, London. Hazy gold with slight head. There is a fine level of hopping in this beer, kiwi fruit and grapefruit bitterness came to mind, some lychee perhaps with a fruity alcohol note. Big and warming, enjoyable.
