Cask @ The Old Coffee House. Pours a hazy light gold with a tiny head. The nose iis light white grape, some cheese and lemon curd sweetnezs. Dusty floral meadow. The taste is soft lemon cake, a bit chalky. Some mineral. Floral hops, Light body, soft carbonation. Overall, wonderful flavor for the ABV. Lovely, sessionable.

On cask at The Old Coffee House. Pours a dark golden colour with a fair white head. A pungent aroma of passion fruit, grapefruit and caramel. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Lingering passion fruit and grapefruit again. Lovely.

(sample from tap at CBC) Pours a clear golden with little white head. Good lacing. Aroma is hoppy citrusy - not too overpowering. Oily texture with medium carbonation, medium body and a dry and bitter finish. Taste is moderately bitter. Quite sessionable.

Hand pulled cask at the Old Fountain, Old Street, London. Pale gold with a thick unsparkled white head. Brodies amaze me. Their beers can be such a let down at their brewery tap ( anyone present at the RBESG 2011 should understand this sentiment) but this (in a pub respected for good collaring) was truly stunning! As good as Thornbridge Kipling, despite considerably lower strength. I love this magnificent session ale!

Cask at the brewpub. Hazy golden. Aroma of lychee, gooseberry and kiwi. Dryish and light bodied with plenty of passion fruit hops. Striking bitterness. Almost aggressive in it’s hoppiness.

Cask @ William IV. Slightly hazy golden body with a thin white head. Distinct fruity aroma with citric and tropic fruit in combination with white wine grapes and some yeast. Very refreshing and fruity flavor, light malt and decent bitter . Medium body. A really nice thirst-quencher but also quite tasty considering less than 4% alcohol. I had a few of this one tonight.
