Cask at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Semi-ripe citrus nose. Some pale malts, a bit of straw. Medium sweet flavor with lemon, orange, light dry pine, mild citric tang. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light resinous finish, more semi-ripe citrus, lemon, orange, moderate sugars. Very pleasant APA.
