Tap Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session 3. Pours hazy gold with a fine, white cream head. Tangy lacto nose, hints of tart fruits. Bracing but balanced sourness in the flavor, light sweetness, good jammy apricot essence. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean and fresh to finish with punchy tart bite, more tangy fruits. Superb.

Tap @ CBC 2013. The pour’s hazy gold with a small head. The nose is piss, funky underarm. Peach and apricot fruit salad. Sour peach candies. The taste is very nice. Full of rich, vivid apricot, peachers. Summery countryside funk. Lip-puckering tartness on the finish. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, excellent for what it is. Don’t change a thing.

On tap at CBC, pours a cloudy opaque golden with a small white head. Aroma of light apricots, tart light fruits, and some acidity. Flavour brings out tart apricots, medium acidity and some funky wheat. Quite funky and wheaty for the style. Excellent Berliner.

Keg at the Old Coffee House. Hazy pale gold with a small white rim. Pretty much what it says on the Label and just what I needed while rushing to the theatre. Lovely stuff!

Scopey (6812) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 9, 2013
Keg at King William IV. It pours cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is earth, ripe peach, apricot, sherbet, farmyard, cat litter and faint smoke. The taste is sherbet, sour orange, tart apricot, peach, fruit syrup, spritzy and sour candy with a dry, sour finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. Not a whole depth of flavour, but rather sour and readily consumable.

Tap at William IV. Orange coloured, not much head. Aroma is apricot and sourness. Taste similar, puckering, bit of fruit, more sourness. Nice but a bit one dimensional.
