Keg at the King William IV, Bunny Basher ’15, 05/04/15. Almost black with a decent tan covering. Nose is tarte red berry, raspberry zing, light citric, hint of acidity, earthy red berry rasps. Taste comprises tarte raspberries, berry stained straw, acidic sparkle, tangy red berry, damp wood, red grape skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, zingy red berries riding a subtle acidic wave leading to puckerings at the Urban Seafaring docks. Solid tangy berry sour in top form delivering refreshment. Presumed this was a ’Linner !?

Keg at King William IV (Brodies), Easter Sunday 5th April 2015 Black as yer ’at. You get the sourness on the nose. A real mouth wakener like, zappy, tart, fruity, zippy. Really tart raspberry, like this. A7 A3 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Keg at King William IV Bunny Basher; opaque dark mahogany red pour with a thin bubbly beige head, raspberry jam aroma, taste has tart berries, sour yoghurt, some malty backbone, very enjoyable.

On draught keg at William IV. Smells like those gummy raspberry & blackberry sweeties you get. A very light sourness/acidity - light raspberry flavour, could do with more fruit oomph.

Keg@CBC2013 Dark red, opaque color, small steady pinky head. Intensive blackberry aroma, maybe some lactic notes. Light to medium bodied. Loveable fresh berries in the tart flavor. Refreshing. Lingering tartness in the aftertaste. Great!

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Day 2, Session 1. Pours clear, dark red-brown with a foamy, tan-red head. Lacto tang nose with suggestions of jammy dark berries. Good tart berry flavor with light sweat, low sweetness, dried berries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with zippy tartness and faint mineral dryness. Fresh and very cleansing overall.

Draught @ CBC2013. Pours brownish red with a big frothy pinkish white head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is sour and malty with buttered crackers, raspberry jam, hay, lemon juice, sour milk and lemon zest. Taste is heavy sour and malty with wheat crackers, white bread, butter, raspberry jam, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, sour milk and raspberry hard candy. Mouthfeel is sour, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with buttered crackers, sour raspberry lemonade, sour milk, spoiled butter, hay, lemon zest and lemon juice. Raspberry jam toast with only spoiled ingredients. It’s not for me...

Keg at Old Coffee House. It pours dark ruby-brown with a small pinkish head. The nose is blueberry muffin, raspberry jam, lactic/natural yoghurt and cherry drops. The taste is crisp, tart, lactic, sour lime, sherbet, raspberry, blueberry, blackcurrant, light acidity and a hint of jam with a dry, tart finish. Light-medium body and fizzy carbonation. Clean, tart and refreshing. One of my favourites of the series so far.
