Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of rotting fruits and yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes of wheat, rotting fruits, and yoghurt, leading to a dry and tart finish.

On tap at Brewdog Shoreditch. It pours a clear extremely pale colour with very small white head. Foam dissipates quite quickly. Aroma is initially strong on cheesy crisps side. Quite off-putting at the beginning. Once it had time to open up a bit it became more fruity and citrusy and almost bearable, but the cheese remained. Taste, on the other side, is pretty delicious, very acidic with notes of apricots and citrus. Maybe a bit too harsh on the lactic acid side. Overall, with a decent aroma this would have probably been a good beer.

Tap at Brewdog Shoreditch. Hazy blond. Aroma sour lemon, slight stink. Nice lemon bitterness, decent enough and with nice spritziness. Prefer it to the cherry version.

Cask at King Willliam IV, Leyton. The aroma is quite predictably sharp and sour. The flavour is very sour and not much else. It’s an acquired taste and thankfully I’ve acquired it!

Keg Old Coffee House London 23/11/12. A very pale straw coloured beer with a white head and lace. Pretty damn sour and spritzy. Tart, really lemony and just totally lush.

Tap at IMBC. Pours a pale straw/gold, moderately cloudy, reasonable white head. Amazing aroma of citrus, grapefruit and lemons, with a slight wheatiness and perhaps some bread dough. Flavour is a great hit of sour grapefruitiness with some lemon as well. Very refreshing and just the beer you need in the middle of a beer festival to clear the palette. Over all this is a really good beer, perhaps a little one dimensional but great none the less.
