This beer is brewed using hops harvested from the courtyard gardens at Cable Street, Shadwell, with help from the residents of Tower Hamlets Community Housing. Many of these residents spent summer holidays in their youth hop picking in the Kent countryside.

UPDATED: SEP 8, 2011 Bottle that Nick my neighbour picked up from brewery Feb 2011 consumed 21.08.11 Pours hazy amber with a white head, touch fruity and tangy but to be honest Iím getting more sourness running through this, the nose isnít too bad but there is a light sourness there as well. I will have to try this again at some point as I believe that this possibly infected. Bottle at home. Hazy amber beer, massive off white head. Light semi dry palate. Creamy malt. Tangy semi sweet and bitter hops. Passion fruit and a little fruits of the forest. Finishes creamy and dry. Unusual and tasty beer, a little diacetyl doesnít detract at all.

Bottle. Very nice beer, pours a golden copper, with a medium off white head. Blue cheese dominated aroma and taste, with pine, vanilla, coconut and a yoghurty mouthfeel. Different, but nice.
