Cask (handpump) at Brodies Bunny Basher Festival at King William IV, Leyton on 1 May 2011. Dark chestnut colour. Some chocolate. Dryish. A bit of berry fruit and a hint of nut. Light earthy hop. I suppose you would expect a St George’s Day beer to be quite traditional in style and so it. Decently balanced and drinkable, if not the most exciting beer on offer.

cask - Pours ruby red with a small, lasting head. The aroma is of caramel malt, as is the flavor. It’s very sweet with tons of caramel. Too sweet. Drinkable but underwhelming.
