3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask (gravity dispense) at Reading Beer Festival on 28 April 2011. Orangey colour. Rather murky. Strong flowery aroma. Extremely assertive, aromatic hops throughout. Lots of pungent citrus. Some tropical fruit - mango, melon and the like - too. A little sweetness but also a firm bitterness to keep that in check. Very tasty indeed.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pint at Reading Beer Festival 2011. The Royal wedding alternative, I was certainly with this in spirit. A red/amber beer with shortlived head. It smelt slightly hoppy, but the aroma was a faint one. I found it citrusy, sharp and a bit acidic. I found it a little overpowering and disappointing.
