September 14, 2014 - at Old Coffee House; handpull. Clear refractive pale gold with a smallish frothy off-white head. Aroma of heather, light honey, some lemon - simple, light, clean - pleasant (7+). Taste follows, but something pungent and vegetal is in there - like diced celery root with rhubarb and tomato leaf --- odd indeed. Average body, very astringent - weird long pungent vegetal/tart/bitter/dry finish - almost like some unripe cranberry. So odd.

On tap at King William (Brodies), Easter Sunday 5th April 2015 Looks stunning, straw coloured with bubbly white head. A touch of dusty hop at first but opens up to be juicy and quite refreshing, damn good. A7 A5 T8 P4 Ov15 3.9
