(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 22 Nov 2012) Pale golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass and hints of resin. Fruity, hoppy taste with grapefruit, lemon peel, resin, slightly biscuity malt and a generous bitterness with lots of fresh hops in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Very nice beer with an impressive hop presence.

Cask at the Old Coffee House with Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of pine with a hint of resin and a light hay backing. Flavor was full of pine that was slightly dank and had a hint of resin.

Cask in Old Coffee House. Very pale yellow, good clarity, small white head. Nose is citrous lemon, grapefruit and some tropical fruit. Taste is a little more subdued with lemon citrous touch of hop pine and some malt grain. Quite watery and light body, but nice and refreshing.

On tap at the Brewpub. Light haze on this gold beer, little head. Smooth palate, light and a little dry. Very mild carbonation. Lovely fresh orange with zest and pith. A little grapefruit and awhisper of lemon. Trace of tropical fruits underneath. Semi dry finish. Medium bitter aftertaste. Nice fresh pale ale.

Cask at the Old Coffee House, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a moderate, creamy white foam cap. Nose holds a nice dose of dry pine, lemony citrus and faint grass. Light sweet flavor with modest, grassy pine bitterness, dirt, hay, and a slight off smokey note. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Semi-assertive bitter hop finish, nice and fresh grass, some pine, light resins, pale malts and soft hay. Highly drinkable. Very well rounded and nicely balanced.
