Fruity hop aroma - simcoe-like. Full taste - malts, aromatic fruity hops, and nice bittering hops too. What more could you ask for in a 4% bitter?

Hand pulled at Old Coffee House, Soho, London. Amber hued. Burnt hop smell. Great hoppy UK bitter taste. Very crusty and pleasant.

RBESG August 2011, Cask P&K. Hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma of peach, orange and biscuit. Dry and orange dominated hoppy flavour, a bit tea-like.

Clear medium yellow amber - orange colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, grapefruit, grass, hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, flowery hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110807]

Cask at William IV during Brodies Birthday Bash 2011. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. Light citrus nose, faint woody hops. Beautiful flavor, very clean, nice balance, some citrusy bitterness, sun-kissed grains and barley. Light bodied with fine carbonation and great condition. Sweet and somewhat sticky finish, slight raw hops, more citrus, light resins. A pretty excellent beer.

6th August 2011 RBESG Weekend. This one on tap at CP&K. Hazy amber beer, residual white head. Light dry palate. Medium fresh grassy hops with come citrus and pine. Semi dry finish. Not bad at all.

Cask at Cask, Pub & Kitchen, London. An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons and malt as well as lighter notes of sulphur, leading to a bitter and hoppy finish.
