33cl bottle Appearance: Clear dark brown with big tanned head. Aroma: caramelised malts. milk chocolate and coffee. Taste: Sweet caramelised malts, milk chocolate, with a finish with coffee, sourness little vegetable, nuts and a little bitterness, alcohol present slightly in the finish. medium body, average carbonation. Too much caramelised malts and too little bitterness, for me this a Cofee infused double and not a stout.

Bottle 33cl. Clear – nearly opaque – dark ruby brown color, one finger foamy dark beige head, sizzles away within moments to a thin layer, fair lacing; roasty nose, coffee aroma, dark chocolate, vanilla, hint of licorice; moderate sweetbitter taste, coffee; full-bodied, oily texture, mild mouthfeel; lingering sweetbitter and roasted coffee finish, spicy touch. Very well-balanced beer, nice!

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0.33L bottle. Pours clear dark brown with a rocky tan head. Aromas of dark coffee, alcohol, some dark fruit. Mild sweet malt flavor with lots of coffee, caramel, and bready malt. Transitions to mellow sweetness in the middle, finishing with a little roasted malt character and a mild, coffee linger and sugars in the throat. Fully bodied with a slick mouthfeel and relatively sharp carbonation. Overall, really nice flavor profile on this one. Nice balance between malt and coffee bitterness.

Lekkere geur en de smaak is nog lekkerder. Echt een aanrader om eens te proberen.
