0,75 fles gedeeld met Rikstar. Donker bier, redelijke schuimkraag. Aroma is koffie, chocola en licht alcoholisch. Smaak is bitter, veel zoet. Body is redelijk maar te weinig naar mijn idee voor dit soort stout.

Bottle, 7.7%. Mild coffee aroma. Clear dark brown colour. OK stable off-white head. The flavour starts off with a mild coffee note. It has a mild sweetness, lacto-like. Does not taste very alcoholic, but is nice and flavourful.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with estery and fruity notes. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt and fruit, with notes of coffee and hops. Sweetish aftertaste with notes of coffee. Warming alcohol presence despite the rather moderate ABV. Rather nice.

Black with a foamy head. Coffee with cream but also red fruits and roasted malts. I don’t like red fruit in my coffee. Full and rich body though. Long finish in which the fruit and roasted malt gets upper hand, more alcohol coming though as well there. Nice try, no cigar

Tap at Doerak. Almost black with off white head. Sweet malts, sweet fake chocolate, brown sugar, quite some sweet malts. Taste is mainly sweet. Medium bodied. Just sweetness not much else.

0,33 cl bottle. Pours a dark brown beer with a light beige head. Starts of with a laurel tastes and flows to a coffee taste even with sugary feel. Expected more espresso and intenster flavour with the double espresso mark on the bottle.

330 ml bottle. Pours black with a moderate white head. Aromas of chalk, black coffee and dry roasted malts. Flavors of same with emphasis on dry roasted malts and moderately strong coffee plus a bit of dark chocolate. Nice enough and smooth for a coffee enhanced beer.

(bottle) murky ruby-brown colour with a frothy light-beige head. aroma of roasted malts, milk chocolate and hazelnuts, with a light touch of paint thinner, some cold filter coffee and caramel icing. flavour is mostly milk chocolate and grainy roasted malts, slightly tart, with some more sugar icing, hazelnuts and an earthy finish. medium- to heavy-bodied with average carbonation.
