Amber colored pour. Small white head with a little bit of lacing. Spicy aroma of pepper and heather, and tea. Taste of heather and coriander with some malt mixed in. Sweet and spicy with a slight astringency. Not too bad. Too spiced for me, but still quaffable.

(Bottled) Clear golden with a very small, lacy head. Aroma of sweetish, pale maltiness and orange peel. Flavor is quite spicy with coriander and orange peel, pale and caramely malt, mild acidity. Medium body, quite foamy CO2. A decently fruity, orange-spicy tripel. Not a classic, but ok. 4335

A clear golden colored beer, with a big, thick white head. The aroma of perfumed malt, with fruits. The taste is malty sweet, with hints of bitter. The aftertaste is some bitter and sweet.

Pours a clear amber color with a foamy head that lasts. Really nice fruity grass aroma. Pleasing fruit, caramel flavor profile followed by a dry aftertaste. Overall, it’s tasty and drinkable but not too exciting.

Bottle, bought @ Brygshoppen.dk.
Clear darkish golden with a big, frothy, white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity. Some oranges, esters, red apple, light wine gums and raspberries. Soft caramelly malts in the back. Highish carbonation, dryish and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is mild sweet, some caramel, red apples. A light metallic edge from the light spritzy carbonation. Light vinious. Solid.

Really thin foam, poor bitter taste, also very watery structure. Both Broeder Jacob beers are failures.

Pours a hazy golden yellow color. Aromas of yeast, some fruit and spice. Taste is yeasty and spicy, can really taste the alcohol in this one.
