Hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, apricot, butter, light banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, overriped mandarin and apricot, finish is chemical burnt plastic. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100303]

Draught at the brewpub. Weak puke aroma. Muddy dark orange colour. Some irregular chunks. OK stable off-white head with some ashlike stuff sprinkled on it. The flavour is bland, rather high bitterness. Not fruity, no spices. Some baking yeast in the finish.

Maria (8576) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 19, 2009
Thanks Lars for this handbottled bottle. It is unclear golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, citrus and a little other fruit. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of yeast, lemon, light banana and the finish is dry and citrussy. A bit thin, and IMO not even close to a Weissbier, but refreshing it is.

Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours lightly pale muddy yellow. A small creamy white head on top - leaving good lacing. Aroma has plenty of banana and a light wheaty touch. Mouthfeel is a little thin with a medium carbonation. Sweet flavour, not many hops present. Good banana notes and light citric finish.
