Thanks Lars for this handbottled bottle. It is a hazy, dark golden beer with a huge, creamy and lasting head. The aroma has notes of fruit, mostly citrus and grapefruit peel. The flavour has a light sweetness and notes of citrus, mostly grapefruit, other fruits and the finish is dry and refreshing.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 Skinnyviking (5712) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 4, 2008
Draught. High creamy and lasting whiute head. Hazy orange to light brown body. Aroma of oranges and hops. Flavor also has some spicy notes of coriander apart from the oranges and the hops. Carbonation is relatively hign and contributes to increasing the taste. Long bittersweet aftertaste.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 thewolf (8625) - Kolding, DENMARK - MAY 22, 2008
Tap @ the brewpub.
Pours muddy deep orange-yellow with a fine, creamywhite head. Light citric aroma, good dose of fruity hops. Soft chewy malty background. High carbonation, but still with a fine mouthfeel. Flavour is hoppy, not terribly bitter nor dry. Light spicy with good fruity hops notes. Fine balanced, and a very nice summer fresh beer. Earlier Rating: 10/23/2007 Total Score: 3.5 Tap @ the brewery. Pours a hazy orange-yellow with a medium creamy white head that leaves a good lace. Aroma is sweet with exotic fruits - oranges, pineapple, grapefruit and apples. Low carbonation, making it rather creamy. Dry as well. Some fruityness in the flavour as well along with a good caramel malty base. Fresh and well-rounded.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 MiP (11783) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - FEB 12, 2008
Draught at the brewpub. Weak aroma, slightly fruity, hint of urine. Clear golden colour, very small white head. The flavour is citric and hoppy, reminds me most of all of wet hops. Medium bitterness. Clean enough, nothing wrong with it. Medium carbonation. Caramelly hop finish with a hint of yeast.

UPDATED: MAY 24, 2008 From tap at the brewpub as Den Gule. Pours pale and hazy yellow with a little dense white head. Mild fruity and floral aroma. Flavour starts quite floral hoppy with a minimal sweetness if any - yet the brew is dry as such. Quite light body and delicate. As told: a women beer. It reminds me of a Belgian Wit with a mild set of spices and the slight creamy texture, yet it has the nice Amarillo or Simcoe floral like notes leading into a mild grapefruity/citrusfruity flavour. Nice finish with a some bitterness and a lingering floral note. Certainly a little nice brew, very delicate.7-3-7-3-13=3.3
From tap at the brewpub, as Brøggeriet Løjtnant Carstenschiold. Pours murky orange wit a lacing white head. Aroma is light fruity hops with a lurking light bitterness. Flavour is bitter yet with a subdued grapefruit note and a somewhat unrefined maltbase. Bitter yet neither floral nor fruity. Light yeasty touch into the finish. Lacks some refinement. Quite finish, slowly going more dry. 5-3-5-3-9=2.5
