Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, strawberry, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, fresh. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100220]

5 Liter Keg @ Fastelavnssmagning, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with a small lasting white head. Nose is sweet and buttery. Toffee and caramel. Butterscotch...

5 days old party keg. Cloudy golden with a small off-white head. Huge diacetyl aroma with a touch of yoghurt. Sourness dominates the flavour.

Partyfass - thanks to the crazy partying disco MiP (known as John Travolta..) A pale golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has strong notes strawberries as well as some butter. The flavor is sweet with notes of butter, malt, straw, and strawberries, leading to a dry buttery and strawy finish.

Partyfass, 5.2% bought 36 hours ago at the brewery. Buttery and sourish aroma. Hazy orange colour, no head. The flavour is sourish and slightly buttery. Not clean and not good.

Party keg 500 cl. Courtesy of MiP. Pours a deep golden with a small white head. Buttery aroma with some caramel - some vomit. Medium body, malty and dry. Discreetly bitter. 200210

From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear, golden and deep amber. Hold a shortlived and slight off-white head. Aroma is mild breadish roasted and light fruity. Subdued sweetness, roasted malt and crisp bitterness. Light caramelish to breadish note. Ends crisp bitter and light caramelish to vague roasted. Nice thirst quencer.
