500ml bottle from B&m. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is malts. Flavour is sweet malts. Ok lager

Can from B&M, West Bromwich. Rather pleasant. Light honey notes, tiny fairy-like bubbles cascading across my tepid, scurvy tongue. Sweet and sinkable, like a candy floss ferry.

Poured a clear dull yellow with thin white head that turned to a thin slick. Aroma watery grains and hint of wet cardboard. Taste is grains oddly fading to sweeter malt. Short finish, thin bodied, slightly oily mouthfeel. Overall, ugly, boring aroma, backward flavour, and poor palate. Odd.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Aroma is corn, lemon and cardboard. Taste has straw to start with corn and a touch of sick on the finish.

SarkyNorthener (1414) - Walsall (Yorkshire Expat), West Midlands, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2014
Can from B&M Bargains. Yellow beer with a residual head. Aroma of sweetcorn and cereal grains. Taste is a little grain, quite a bit of sweet malts and a touch of herbs. A good bit sweeter than most lagers. Not my thing really.

(Bottle). Vague aroma and flavor of synthetic malt and grassy hops. Incredibly boring.

BlackHaddock (3183) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - NOV 12, 2013
Green 500ml bottle: BBD 26 Aug 14, poured into an ’Adnams’ badged half-pint vase shapped glass (twice) on 10 Nov 13. The bottle was bought at some random Polish shop in Boston, Lincolnshire by my father. Regular Pilsner/export/lager look: golden, bright and clear, usual fading white head on both pours and a semi-lasting collar. Faint grainy/malty nose with a hint of sweetness. The sweetness from the aroma was also present in the taste: again a more grainy/malty feel to the brew, some mild hop bitterness towards the end of each sip, but this is leaning away from hops and heading along a semi-sweet biscuit line of flavours. Not bad, not good: a run-of-the-mill Polish beer in all aspects.

DruncanVeasey (6950) - NUNEATON, Top 24, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - OCT 22, 2013
Can from B&M. Steady fizzing gold with a receding white collar. Clean nose with hints of sappy hop, shrub, biscuit, honey and cherry. Decent soft flavour without adjunct or off notes; cherry blossom, shrub, honeyed biscuit, breadstick and popcorn....OK, maybe a trace of rubber as it warms. Really pleasant malted milk biscuit and cashew-like aftertaste. Firm body, not excessively carbonated. Underrated.

5.2% pale gold colour with a thin head, sweet malt aroma and taste, not a bad lager
