On tap at Broken Drum poured a clear tarnished gold with a small lingering ivory head. Aromas of biscuit, earthiness, light pine and light grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied and crisp with a smooth dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, earthiness, light pine and light citrus with a smooth dry moderatly bitter finish.
