Aroma medium strong intensity. Musky approach with American vibe to it. Hops were citrusy, tad spicy. Estery yeast, hint of ginger behind.7+
Appearance hazed golden bottom with medium light top.
Flavor and Palate : consistency – soft , smooth. Delicate carbonation with average finish. Frontal sweetness with wheat base and mid. Finish hinted with vanilla. Easy going drinkable brew.

Bright Golden Yellow, huge aroma for a wit - complex fruit, straw and flower notes with a balanced ginger, orange and coriander finish. Very easy to drink but in no way plain, best Wit in town on a hot sunny day.

On tap at wvrst. Hazy blonde colour with good head lacing glass. Citrus and banana in aroma. Taste is smooth with light spice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale yellow-golden pour. The nose is great. Lots of spice and some nice bright coriander character. Wheat and peppery spice with a lot of citrusy spice. Very fresh and juicy. A quaffable summer pint.

On draught at Bar Hop. Very hazy pale yellow with a small creamy frothy white head. Smells great - sweet pear and banana, lots of spice, a little floral. Taste is even better - way less fruit, nice dry spiciness, quite floral lot bitter - no alcohol. Average body and carbonation, quickish sweet then floral dry finish. Very nicely done - home it’s around for real summer

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. In aroma, classic wit with banana and clover, very nice. In mouth, a nice banana malt with cloves, weizen like, a nice fruity quaffer.

[4955-20121117] Tap. Mild coriander cleaner aroma with a hint of pineapple. Slightly hazy, light orange body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Light fruity yeast flavour has a light wheat citrus hint throughout. Medium body has a light twang. Interesting to try, definitely hipster-esque. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with a small semi-lasting creamy white head. Mild but pleasant aroma of grain, fruit, a hint of banana, yeast and some light spices. Citrusy and grainy flavour along with a hint of banana, yeast and some spices. Spicy, bitter finish. Average bodied. Pretty good.

2012-11-17. Lightly hazy dark yellow, small white head. 3+ Surprisingly strong aroma - coriander I assume, but I have never been good and picking that out, hints at a chamomile like quality, or lemongrass. 7+ Flavour is similar, strong spice profile as in the aroma, light bitterness, grassy wheaty undertones. 7+ Effervescent average plus bodied palate. Solid take on the style. Whether you like it or love it will be largely dependent on your love of the spice quality. On tap at Indie Alehouse, Toronto

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Corriander in the aroma. Hazy golden colour. Well carbonated and it suits it for very good drinkability. A wit with significant yeasty taste with a pleasant spicy finish. Served a bit cold. Medium mouthfeel.
